Hello all, hope all is well. Question Callie, what do you do if you have a big order, let's say like Valentines Day, how do you complete orders with having to dipped the same day. Will you suggest dipping the night before and leaving in a cool place?
Hi Callie! I started my dessert business back in April and things are going well so far. My main feature is chocolate covered strawberries but recently I’ve been having a lot of trouble with the candy melts. Just about every time I dip into the candy melts, the coating breaks and cracks. Not sure what’s wrong. I have been using the paramount crystals to thin it out and make it smoother. Have you experienced this before?
